Leading Architectural Company

KP STUDIO HOME

Throughout the past four decades KP Studio Architect, P.A. and its predecessor has built and maintained multiple client relationships in Ocala and the surrounding counties. As President and Architect of KP Studio Architect P.A., Larry C. Krietemeyer has contributed his architectural experience of over twenty years to provide the firm with a very solid and diversified foundation of architectural disciplines to the benefit and success of current and future projects for our clients. Edward R. Plaster Jr. joined the Firm in February of 2003. In January of 2007 he became Vice President of the newly formed offices of KP Studio Architect P.A. Edward R. Plaster Jr. has offered an expanded view of architecture and the community it serves. He has worked to serve each clients need while building a lasting relationship beyond the project.

During the past forty years, the Firm has been active in the profession of architecture, concerning the design of a wide variety of building and disciplines. The decision to become diversified, rather than limiting the practice to any specialized architectural projects, was made early in the formation of the Firm’s philosophy. This decision has given the Firm the experience and expertise in a wide and varied architectural design philosophy, resulting in successful projects for our clients. This success in satisfying the needs of the clients building program has resulted in a repetition of providing architectural services for new projects on a continuing basis for the same client.

The Firm has always maintained a stable and permanent staff of no more than ten professional and technical people. This limitation of firm size has been intentional, with the intent of providing a total and personal approach to the development, coordination and completion of each project. Each member of the team is thereby informed and knowledgeable of every facet of the project throughout all stages of design, construction documents and through the construction process.

With the selective association of our consultants, we form a team of more than thirty-five (35) professional and technical personnel. This enables the Firm to devote their expertise as a close knit team addressing the requirements of each project with a continuous and personal involvement from the early conceptual stage to the final completion of each project. This provides our firm with the ability to successfully complete a project of any magnitude or complexity throughout the conceptual design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases. With that approach, we form a team that provides a personal and dedicated effort to the success of each project and beneficial to our clients needs and project requirements.

Our Firm has been commissioned for projects throughout the State of Florida by both the private and government sectors, extending our range in providing services from Islamorada, in the Keys to Panama City and from the West Coast to the East Coast of Florida. Our primary focus of recent work is in Central Florida including major projects in Marion, Sumter, Lake, Citrus, Levy, and Hernando Counties.
